For millions of people, losing the extra kilos in their bodies is a life time career. Most of the time, they are either checking out food packages at the supermarkets to ensure that they are not eating the wrong items that would add more fat to their bodies and they end up eating almost nothing or tasteless meals! It's really a night mare! Others stress so much that they become sick as a result. Have you heard of stress ulcer? It is caused by worrying too much. Oh yeah, you also thought that ulcer only comes as a result of not eating regularly! Think again.

I found out in the early part of the year and trust me; It wasn't anything close to a fun ride. Its symptoms are not unlike stomach ulcers- the stomach burnings at the intake of any thing acidic and most food items are acidic. Even rice, tomatoes, apples etc. I was even told that onions, a very good medicinal food item/ spice, would be better forgotten in the meantime. It was only going to shrink my tummy inside rather than help. It was hellish! I ended up eating only bread and potato chips daily. No spices allowed. Most food items and fruits were a no-no during that period...!
