Unlike Fat Loss 4 Idiots, this is more of a guide (in the form of an eBook) than an actual plan. It delivers page after page of useful tips and advice about how to change various elements in your daily diet and weekly routine that'll help you shed the extra pounds.

It is well set out and if you followed all the advice it is easy to see why some number of people have had success with it. We did hear extremely positive things from most of the dieters we had interviewed.

Having said that, we would actually advise to hold back on this until even more positive reports have come through. A few dieters were in fact a little disappointed.
